Bob, I would go ahead and buy for around $9000 max. or less. I bought my 
1990 90 Q 20 V. last spring for 13.900 (Can.) with approx. 65.000 miles. 
Yes, I did have the timing belt changed immediately as a precautionary 
measure, but since then the car ran another 40.000 miles absolutely 
withoiut any problems whatso ever. No bearings, shocks, exhaust needs 
replacement so far and the car is tight as new.
