fuel consumption

The fuel consumption for my 90q20v seems to be climbing, averaging 10 
L/Km (sometimes higher).  I don't know whether it is my driving 
habbit, a/c running or the fuel/air mixture getting too rich.
I used to get 9.2 to 9.5 L/Km in the spring.

Anyone know what average fuel consumption should be normal for
90q20v ?
