idle switch - recalling email in May/June

I am searching for an email sometime in May or June regarding idling 
problems.
The solution posted was to lubricate the "solenoid shaft" of the 
idling switch valve or something like that.  I don't remember exactly 
what he lubricated.  If anyone recall this mail, or able to re-post 
the mail, it would be greatly appreciated.
