Never heard of Nitto... Oh, well.
Anyway, Z-rated 4 season tires are all around. Some Bridgestone Potenza
RE940s (decent -- I have one set on my minivan), many Dunlop Sport 4000s (I
heard they're terrible) -- and granddaddy of them all -- the not-so-known
Continental Aqua Contact.
By the way, the "Z" rating is not really a speed rating at all -- it just
says that the tire is suppose to be "beyond" 150mph -- and that's it.
If your car comes equipped with particular brand's Z tire, it's recommend
that you stick with that brand's Z tire if you want the Z rating. Other
than that, there are new ratings like W (and X, Y?) -- which is standard
wear on A8 4.2.

There's a rather long running & annoying advertisement
campaign for a breakfast cereal called "Trix." The ads focus
on a zany rabbit who loves this sugared concoction so much
he tries to steal it from children; inevitably, he is caught
and the little brats admonish him by saying, "Silly rabbit,
Trix are for kids!" This is the most tasteless joke ever.
