I don't know if the article I read was about Sweden (although I'm kinda
sure) but doesn't Sweden has several unusual laws??

Well, for example, the Bugatti EB110 sold there will have the active aero
wing stripped, and have a fixed wing instead due to Swedish law??

Or am I just recalling the wrong country?

It is generally agreed that "hello" is an appropriate
greeting because if you entered a room and said "goodbye,"
it could confuse a lot of people.
