Some time back, we discussed this subject.  Just saw an ad for one in
*Trailer Boats* magazine.  product is advertised for use on any "radiator"
and I'm sure it'll work fine on an intercooler.

Desert SuperCooler--$139.95:  pump, antisiphon valve, switch (sounds high,
imho)
