Re: Diff/Tranny Fluid
I seem to recall that this happened to me on my 84 2wd 5000T w/ AT. I checked
my transmission and I had 2 quarts more than I needed. Something about a shaft
that runs thru the gearbox first (the tourque converter gets power first).
I replaced my AT with a diesel 5 speed (i ordered the correct final drive from
auto union)
