Thanks to Ti for the descriptive write-up!  I checked out one of the 
local dealers to see if he had an A4 on the lot over the weekend.  No 
such luck, therefore I'm still waiting for my first A4 encounter.

Does the A4 feature "Servotronic" steering assist?  If so, I presume 
it can be "disabled" (aka unplugged) just like on the 100/A6 to give 
a heftier steering feel...?
