I have in front of me the 1983 original sales brochure which has the 4000 
series in it (although I didnt specifically see a 5+5) but it does have 
the '83 UrQ! :)

I also have a copy of Mirror, VWoA's internal newspaper, dated dec 83 
which has the introduction of the 84 4000sQ, pretty neat.
Id be willing to make copies of the sales brochure, but not sure how I 
would make copies of the paper.. after all it is kinda big.  although 
11x17 might work, Its about the size of the enquirer...
