It wasn't at night.  It was at 5:30 in the afternoon (can you say rushhour? Can
you say a#$h$%^ cop?  I'm sure you can...)  With all the crime in Silver Spring
not five miles away, this jacka%^ is out in rush hour traffic screwing things
up by giving out tickets to people who are just trying to keep fwith the flow
of everyone else on their way home from work.  Now, if I had been swerving
through traffic, running from gear to gear, cutting people off, driving on the
shoulder of the road passing people, then he would have every right in the
world for pulling me over.  But I wasn't...
