Ahhhumm...... Geting up on my Skippy school Instructor soapbox.....

Speeding is for the most part safe.  What's not safe though is "The 
Difference in Speed"  and that's what cops should be writing tickits on.  
Grandma and Grandpa in the FAST lane doing 40mph.  The junker in the 
middle lane.  The impaitent driver weaving, cutting, and thrusting all 
while leaning over to the center of the car so far that he/she can barely 
see over the dash, the tailgaiter (Brake checks are SO MUCH FUN!)

Jumping back to earth....................
