Kevin - your server is doing weird stuff; it won't accept messages I 
send to you.  Here's the critical info on subscribing - of course, 
list and digest are the same except for the word "-digest"


To subscribe to the quattro-digest list, send email containing the line

subscribe quattro-digest

in the BODY of the message to majordomo@coimbra.ans.net.

Once you have been subscribed, you can send messages to the list by mailing to
quattro@coimbra.ans.net.

Likewise, to unsubscribe send email containing the line

unsubscribe quattro-digest

in the BODY of the message to majordomo@coimbra.ans.net.

Should you have a problem requiring human intervention, send mail to
quattro-owner@coimbra.ans.net.
