PAP vs. Halsey

Every time I request a price quote I keep wandering why anyone bothers with
PAP at all.  Is there some kind of secret password that you give to PAP to
get better prices or what ?

Some prices fresh off my fax:

I have been seeing this kind of price difference consistently over the past
two years.  The only times that PAP had a better price on anything is when
they had their specials, and even then they barely edged the Halsey out.
No interest in Halsey (yet), just an extremely happy customer.
