Which Sparks for Hi Milage Engines

Thanks to this list I now know that W7DTC plugs ARE available. For 8 years
local parts people have told me they were discontinued.

I'm looking for recommendations for plugs for my 87 5kcsTQ, approaching 200k
miles. This is a daily driver-stock engine.

On a local eurocar mechanic's recommendation, for hi-milage Audis, I've been
using NGK's, but plan on going back to manufacturer's recommendations, unless
someone out there's has  other opinions.
