No No NO Mr Bart!
  I was merely stating that I had the same problems and that your suggested
solution didn't solve them.  This was in the hopes that your infinite
wisdom might point this unworthy pupil in another direction for resolution.


Eric was kind enough to give me info on how to replace the capillary tube.
but can this be the cause of my problems?  Does anyone else know of another
cause?
