Wow... an '84 5000 Turbo with almost 200k miles... this gives me hope -- 
I've only got about ... 130k? (my odometer stopped working) miles ... on 
my '83 5ks Turbo.  Now if I can only fix that damn oil leak... and the 
excess carbon from the exhaust... and perhaps the dents on the hood... 
and maybe the rattles coming from the driver and passenger doors... and 
the remarkably low fuel economy (maybe 15 mpg... perhaps lower... city) 
actually, other than the oil leak (coming I think from the sending unit) 
and the low gas mileage and carbon emissions (generally, but not always, 
after a nice few seconds of Turbo), this is a pretty nice car.  Oh, and 
the occasional stalling for an unknown reason.  The previous owner 
mentioned that the stalling could be bad brushes in the 
starter/alternator (?).  This is my first car and I still don't have my 
Bentley yet (soon!).
