Sorry, no answers here, but I do have a very similar problem on my
'93 90CS. After a hard stop, if I move off *very* slowly I get
the same moaning noise from the right rear brake. It'll do it
forwards or backwards, but only after hard or repeated (i.e.
city traffic) use.
I complained to the dealer and their ultimate diagnosis was a
sticky caliper, which they replaced. The noise disappeared
for two or three months, and then returned and is now just about
as bad as before the new caliper.
No other signs of dragging, so I've just been ignoring it...
