"Preferred Warranties Inc." Used Car warranties??

I'm looking for opions on third party used car warranties offered  
by dealers.  Mainly on a warranty company by the name "Preferred  
Warranties Inc." A dealer is offering me a Preferred Warranties Inc.  
"#3 Plus" warranty on the 93 100CSQ w/ 60K miles I'm going to buy,  
pending finacing, for $23K Out-The-Door.  The warranty covers the  
car head to toe; Engine, Trans, Diffs, Electrical (including  
computer), Steering, Brakes, Air Conditioning and Towing & Rental  
Coverage, for 3 years or 45,000 Miles. The price for this nice  
little package is $1,495 and the dealer says he'll let me have it  
for his cost $1,205, Ya Right!!

Anyway, your humble opions please!
