Technical Service Bulletins, how to get?

Could anyone tell me if Audi technical service bulletins for my '89 200 
TQW are available for review/purchase/borrowing any other way other than 
going thru the dealer.

I've got a particularly bothersome poor starting/miss under load kind of 
problem that I've had a hell of a time trying to track down.  There's an 
outfit on the web called AllData that lists the TSB's; some of which look 
like they could help out, unfortunately I dont have the correct computer 
hardware for the arcane viewer application you need to use to access it.

Any help would be appreciated.
