Or some stupid van drivers coming up from the ramp, goes to the fast lane
deliberately (there were no cars in two other lanes) and settles down to
about 50mph with rest of the traffic approaching him at 65mph.

Or several months ago while coming back from Chicago (a 10-hour drive), I
say this idiot driving on the left lane alone at around 65mph. I was on
the right lane, driving about 80 to 85mph with headlights on. When I came
exactly a single car-length behind him, he began to change lane INTO ME!!
(No, there wasn't any accident -- I honked and had 2 wheels onto the
shoulder, and the damn idiot jerked back...)

I can think of more things. But primary, I think most (oh, I'd say 90%)
people who get an license and drive is horribly adept at driving -- they
think they're the only one who's driving and does not look for traffic
around them. I'd say there's something inadequate about our test to get
driving license. During one of my license renewals, I was sited as
"turning the corner too fast" -- what!? I don't remember seeing a rule or
a law that says you must be xxmph to turn a corner (or must use xx
seconds to go from 0 to 60). Or did I conveniently forgot that??

Q: How many M$ employees does it take to screw in a light
   bulb?
A: 113 -- 1 to change the bulb, 2 to argue about the
configuration of the light switch, 10 to examine the
consentual agreement on the package, and 100 to plan the
grand gala introduction of the new "lighting system
   component 95!"
