Side moulding need replacement

Hi there,
The side moudling on the passenger door starts to kick out.  
Yesterday it caught the front as the door was opened.  That did it.  
I probably need to replace it.

How do I remove the old one ?
Is it just pulling out from the clips behind it ?
By pulling, would it damage anything ?

Installing new one, is it just pushing it on ?

Appreciate any help available.
