Windshield wiper probs -4kcsq

Hello Quattrophiles! ;)

I had a rather odd experience this morning when I tried to leave
for school... I turned on (or at least tried to turn on) my
windshield wipers in order to clear the moisture off.  The wipers
twitched and moved all of an inch before stopping and deciding to
take a vacation... UGH....  the wipers won't budge, nor will the
washer fluid spray.  Any ideas?  Is there a fuse or something that
I could check (hopeful grin)  ;)   



BTW, those of you that responded to my question about Audi 90 20
valves, I'd like to extend a hearty thank you... it was very
helpful.  The sad part is that it looks like I'm going to wait a
while longer (college isn't all that cheap unfortunately)...  if
anyone else is interested in the 1991 Audi 90q 20v w/46,000 miles
on it, drop me a line and I can give you the name and number of
the dealer (it is in Minneapolis).
