V8: Strange noise in front right

Hi all,

Another problem, this time I hope minor.

Got a wierd rubbing/scraping  nois coming from the right front wheel on a 1990
V8 (infernal brakes equipped).  The noise in only apparent with the window down
(right side) with wheel locked full left going forward or reverse slowly.
Straint ahead its ok.  Don't thing its a bearing cause its not a rumble of any
sort and makes the noise when going very slow.

Any ideas to point me before I drop $100 to have it "examined"
