For dino juice, this would be definitely correct as dino juice uses
viscosity improvers to extend the viscosity range. But the thing is that
these improvers will break down in time and usage.
For synthetics, the natural viscosity range is a lot wider than dino
juice. As such, synth oils use a lot less improvers (or none at all?)
than compared to dino juice.
By the way, for dino juice, a 5W-30 will use more viscosity improvers
than a 10w-40 for example. The lower the number you dip into, the more
viscosity improver it has.
