   This is just a property of the net. There is no guarantee what route an
   email takes or how many servers it will pass through enroute to you or your
   destination. Any server depending on load and the way it is set up can delay
   the retransmission of the messages. So, It isn't the quattro (Oblig Ref.)
   list to blame.

Some "routers" will batch up masses of messages, then when they get a
connection, ship them in size order, or in some other arcane sorting-
algorithm order (like alphabetically, based on randomized temporary
names; or linearly based on inode-order (which is essentially randomly
assigned); etc.).

Kinda annoying, ain't it?
