Or wear something sharp -- literally. A leather jacket studded full of 
sharp needles might help to ge trid of that annoying static. And dressing up 
your car with needles should dissapate the electrostatic the car generates. 
(FYI: the needles has to be conductive metal... and very SHARP!)
