91 200TQ vs S4

I will soon be in the market for a fun and fast 4-door.  Since I can't afford
a used 500E I figured one of the above would be a good car for me.  Well,
here's the question, other than appearance what are the major differences
between these two cars?  Is the $10K price difference worth any differences?
 Will the 91 200TQ retain value better due to its scarcity?  And I have
experience with an 85 5KT, can I expect about equal parts prices and
reliability?
