California Getting 70 MPH Speed Limits?

Well, it looks like I may have been wrong again!  I heard on the news
this morning that the Governor signed into law a bill that would allow
the maximum speed on rural interstates in California to be set at 70 
MPH if the Feds repeal the NMSL.  Boy, if he would have done that 
earlier he might still be an active candidate for the office of 
President! ;)
