I have heard similar stories about differences in sensor number and/or
location for the ignition on the ur-Q Vs the 5000 turbos, I do not know
the exact details however. I considered the same swap, newer 5000 Turbo
engine for my '85 ur-Q. These stories helped me to decide to go with an
original ur-Q engine block to avoid these types of problems that might
not be discovered 'till installation time or even on first attempts to
start the new engine after install. Good luck and let us know!
