Extrude hone

 I know we talked about this mere weeks (days?) ago, but I never 
understood the concensus - For a 20v normally aspirated engine, how much 
will the extrude hone process help HP/Torque?

 Do I need to take my car to a special place to have this done? To any 
'ol mechanic? Some mechanic half-way across the country? 

 How much does it cost to get the engine extrude honed? Does it depend on 
intake/exhaust/# of cyl's/lunar cycle/time spent/amount of 'fluid' used? 
I have never seen an advertisment for this, but have heard it talked 
about in various places on the internet.
