86 5k automatic trans



The problem: When cold, it seems to shift from first to second at about 10mph,
not a problem.  But from second to third (which usually shifted at about
22 mph) the tranny does not want to shift until about 40 or 45mph.  I checked
the fluid, looks good.  Is there a vacuum modulator or something that could
be bad?  Or is this a sign from the Audi gods that a rebuilt tranny is 
coming my way.
