Re: Speed/Odo problems.




VW's suffer the same problem - the odo dies. I took mine apart and found 
a crack in one of the small plastic/nylon sprockets. I found a suitable 
sized washer to go over part of the sprocket and it was fixed. Its been 
working fine for 80k.

Now if you could get a replacement for the sprocket - that would be 
ideal...
