On the slim chance that this actually works, we can probably do the same to
BMW since they use the same odometers and EVERY one of them that I've owned
has failed in a similar manner.  Believe it or not, my Audis are proving to
be quite a bit more reliable in this respect since only half of them have a
cracked odo gear!
