Actually Andrew.......

We want to thank the Governer for this one.  The Feds were trying
to force us to use centralized government emissions testing 
centers as in like you know have to drive a half hour or more
to one of these things to get an emmisions sticker!!!  The governor
said that is ludicrous and being the lawyer that he is, he took them
to court to stop it and got it waved for I think 18 months or so.
Until they come up with a better plan.

The reason we have no emmission testing currently is the old bill 
that made us get the testing has expired.

I will vote for the incumbent this year..... :-)
