Ur-q

I know I'm probably going to be flamed for this, but I must know, what is 
a Ur-quattro?  I thought I knew most of the audi models in existance, but 
I'd never heard of the Ur-q until I signed up to this group.  Is it based 
on another model, or is it a completely different car?  What changes does 
it have?  With all the talk about them recently, I have to know what they 
are.
