'91 Audi 200 Turbo Quattro

Greeting to my fellow Audians! I currently own a '86 5000CS Turbo and am 
looking to upgrade to a '91 200 Turbo Quatto (5 valve). I have located one, 
however it has 85,000 miles on it (seems a bit high to me for a '91) and the 
mileage is worrying me a bit. I would GREATLY APPRECIATE any information any 
of you could impart regarding potential problem areas or any other things a 
potential purchaser should be looking for in this model/year. I REALLY like 
the car however, I would like to avoid making too many donations to the Audi 
Gods! Lastly, the dealer has offered to sell an extended warranty - any 
feedback on extended warranties? Thanks in advance for your help!
