If the engine turns a bit, but not fast enough when you first try to start
it, that suggests that the solenoid has engaged and the starter isn't
getting enough juice. I would measure the voltage when you try to start
it.
You should check the manual, but I would guess that 9 or 10 volts is the
minimum when cranking. Checking this at the battery, the starter and
points in between will help isolate the problem if it is wiring. If not,
it may be the battery. Have it load tested to be sure.
