I think that the 20 valve I-5 is the ultimate development of that engine,
and it is long overdue for replacement. My 10 valve turbo is a
dog of an engine, to be really honest. Sure, it's strong, and unique,
but uniqueness at the expense of sound engineering is dumb in my opinion.
I much prefer a 6, 8, or 12 cylinder engine.
