And this is one of them.  A Quantum GL5 is like a 4K not a 5k/100/200.

The 5KCS does not have a Vac. pump.  It's Power Steering and Brakes are 
run off of that hyd. pump, so taking that belt off of the pump is going 
to leave you with no power brakes after the "Bomb" has been depleted.  As 
for not hearing about to many hyd. pumps going kaput, on your body line 
(Quantum, 4K, Early coupe 81/87) that is true because it is a lo-pressure 
desgin(500psi).  The 5k/100/200 pumps are a high pressure design (Like 
2500psi) and do fail usually because the steering rack seal's are shot, 
alowing the fluid to leak out and containments to enter the system 
blowing the pump seals. As for the $380 rebuilt pump it should cost you 
$250 unless of course your in Canada!

Nice try though, but remember all Audi's are not the same.
