Nope! the only thing Texas has is reverting back to 70mph (the state limilt
before the feds got involved). As I understand it, the limit will
automatically return to 70 (whether the signs have changed or not) until Tx
DoT reduces some areas, i.e., urban highways etc, to lower limits...
