Suspension bushing sizes

Hi All:
While putting on some new snow tires yesterday I gave my wheels a shake and
discovered my 83 Coupe needs some new bushings. Since I have the time and
resources I make my own polyurethane bushings but to minimize downtime as my
other toys are stored, making the bushings first would be helpful. To get to
the point I need measurements of  front control arm bushings and rear
trailing arm bushings, and do I need to sleeve any of these. I'm not above
making copies of aftermarker poly bushings.
