Audi Parts

I have found Campbell & Nelson "Auto Recycling" in Edmonds Washington
1-800-552-2999 to be helpful. I haven't tried the number since 12/93.

As their name implies, they handle used parts, but I have a vague
recollection that they may also have access to new parts.

I've purchased: 1) used Climate Control module (the servo in the R footwell)
12/93, still running strong, 2) and the infamous high-beam/turnsignal control
stalk of recent discussion further back than that (also still working). They
were helpful in figuring out the right parts, took my VISA # over the phone
and shipped it out UPS the same day (having the part # was helpful).

My $.25 ("2 bits"): I'd shy away from used electrical parts for essentials
like fuel pumps, ECU's, etc., but don't mind used parts for non-essentials
like those above.

They also list VW, Porsche, BMW, SAAB.

I have no relationship with them other than as a satisfied customer. (don't
ask me why I haven't called upon them since 12/93 - don't want to alert the
Audi Gods... actually, I've made my contributions since: brakes, water pump,
valve lifters [yes, thats where the knocking was coming from],
power-steering... I just wasn't up to the do-it-yourself on those).

Good Luck, Larry '87 5kSQ
