Audi dealer maintance codes unscrambled.

I have the records from a dealer in Atlanta for a 1990 100q with 40K on it.
 This dealer pulled from the Audi computer a history of service done at
authorized dealers, but its mostly a bunch of codes.  There are a few items
which I can decipher.  I am assuming I could take this to any authorized Audi
dealer and ask what was done at the particular dates shown with codes and no
description of service and have them decode for me.  Now, I may get
that,"Your wasting my .....time!" look, but all service managers should know
the codes, and the codes are universal, correct?!.  

If anyone out there knows these codes, these codes are listed for service
done at 15K, which must be the standard 15K service.  The codes look like
