Good point, but what I could feel with my finger while flushing the ol' beast
was corrosion and the casting plug that's weeping looks fine, it 's the alloy
head that surrounds it that appears to be pitting. Are there any good reasons
not to pull the old steel plug and put in a rubber and stainless expansion
type?
