Manual specifies that when adjusting rear, adjust Camber first.  Camber may
need re-adjusting after adjusting Toe, [presumably Toe might then also need
re-adjusting]

Manual doesn't differentiate between Turbo and non-Turbo (but neither does it
stipulate that they ARE the same).
