Yes, I did (miss it). Engaging in an artificial set of
transactions (I sell to you and then buy right back) with artificially low
prices solely to avoid taxes could reasonably be construed as fraud. If
the point was humor, I'm sorry, I missed it and promise to not be so
serious next time. :-)
