unsubscribe requests nedd the following;

1. Use "pretty please with sugar on it" before the request.

2. Requests must be mailed between 4:30 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. EST.

3. It must be accompanied by a peace offering to the Audi Gods,
    $0.02 is acceptable....

4. Send the request to "majordomo@coimbra.ans.net" rather than
   to "quattro@.."
