OXS Duty Cycle

   What is the exact procedure to set  the OXS duty cycle using a dwell meter
and a the frequency valve. This has been referenced in the past but I don't
recall anyone giving exact details. My car is a 5000CSTQ.  Also, the CO
adjustment screw has been tampered with before, and I can't tell if the screw is
completely destroyed or if it is just the plug for the screw that is referenced
in the Bentley. The hole is about a quarter-inch deep from flush at the screw.
If the adjustment screw is destroyed what are my options?
