Good catch. That's what I get for sending out quick mail when the
office christmas party awaits!

It is only the hysteresis component that is cut by 16. This is
initially small, but becomes much more signficant (dominant?)
at highway speeds.

I really have to dig that SA article out. It was about a year ago,
so it is probably about 14-16" down in my pile....
