Yes, at least in the UK.  I suppose if you have a satellite dish, you could
pick it up over here but I'm not aware of it being carried on cable in this
country.  Maybe in Canada?

I order mine from Eric Waiter Assoc.  They have an email address and an 800
number but I don't have either handy at the moment ... I'll post them later.

Yes, they're fairly costly but I usually invite a bunch of friends over and
build a party around watching each new one so it turns out to be affordable
entertainment in this context.  Highly recommended.
